Don't be fooled by the bright colours and striking patterns, Aglaonemas are deceptively easy to look after. Creating an easy way to build an urban paradise.
Aglaonemas will flourish in bright, indirect light but can easily survive in lower light levels too. Direct sun is a no-no as it can easily fade the beautifully patterned leaves and cause scorch marks.
Brown edges
Brown spots and crispy edges indicate a thirsty plant. Aglaonemas are quite sensitive to many salts and elements found in tap water. Try using rainwater, filtered water, or leave a watering can overnight to reduce the amount of salt, chloride, and fluoride before giving your plant a drink.
Yellowing Leaves
Yellow leaves are one of the first signs of stress. This can be caused by temperature shock, improper watering, nutrient issues, or even pests.
